Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what an individual woman can do by utilizing the enthusiasm and insight gained from having a teenaged mind. She is an author and health expert presenter, talk show host, and producer. Also, a dancer and director. Model and comedienne. Most importantly, she's the mother and wife! Perpetual Motion must be her name. Marilu Henner's whole life is an example of the effectiveness of her health-focused approach. She believes you can achieve whatever you want with a healthy body. However, it wasn't always that way. In her teens, she would be a frequent yo-yo eater watching her weight balloon way upwards. Her eating habits were driven by emotion and always felt sick. Following the deaths of both parents, in the midst of 50-her father due to an attack of the heart and her mother due to arthritis issues-she decided to take charge over her overall health. It wasn't about dieting, but finding ways to increase the effectiveness of our bodies.
